What are your hours?
We are open Monday – Friday from 8am – 430pm. Closed weekends and all major holidays.

Where are you located?
Our main office is located at 224 Bonnewitz Avenue, Van Wert OH 45891. We also just opened a second location in Findlay, located at 1051 Tiffin Avenue (Rear Unit), Findlay OH 45840

I have an insurance claim, how do I get started. What do I need to do?
If you have already contacted your insurance provider, and you’re ready to get your claim taken care of, we can help you with that process. When you call our office to schedule an inspection, you’ll need to provide us with information regarding your claim and the contact information for your claims adjuster. From there we will coordinate with your insurance company to complete the repairs. A service charge is billable for reports and estimates submitted to your insurance company without a signed contract.

Do you offer free estimates?
We don’t charge for our inspections or estimates. However, there are two estimation services resulting in reports that we charge a small fee for. You will be billed for services if you order a Hover report to start your estimation process. The report is yours to keep and a portion of it will be credited to your final balance if you sign a contract with Deitemeyer Brothers. You will also be billed for reporting services performed for an insurance claim, if a contract is not signed with Deitemeyer Brothers. This would include time spent on the inspection and the documentation and creation of reports presented to your insurance company.

How quickly can you get my project completed?
We are working with you throughout the entire process to ensure that your vision becomes reality. From the first phone call to the final inspection at project completion, we are committed to your project. Each project is different and so to is the timeline for completion. Nothing good happens overnight.

Do you offer financing?

What do I need to have prepared before my consultation?
We like to ask questions! From the initial phone call to the inspection, we’re digging deep to make sure we’re covering everything. Be prepared to answer with as much detail as you can. Depending on your project we can ask anything from rough estimates on the space to where the leak is.

Are you insured?
Yes! We are insured and meet all of the state guidelines for general contractors in Ohio.

Will you ruin my lawn?
Accidents can happen. However, we do take every precaution necessary to be sure that we are taking care of your property as if it were our own. One way that we do that is that recently purchased a new system for our roofing projects called the Catch All. This helps to catch all of the roofing debris in a net and keep it off our your lawn. And in the event that you’re not completely satisfied with how we left things at the end of your project, please let us know!
